With over 15 years of full time experience, we've dedicated tens of thousands of hours to building a no-nonsense fitness training program perfect for busy adults that want to look and feel great. Our compassionate and professional coaches will be there with you every step of the way.

How many people are in a workout?
It depends. Most sessions have a 8 person cap. The number of people participating in a session depends on the day of the week, time of day, and season of the year. Our busiest sessions are typically in the evenings M-F, and Sat morning.
How long does it take to see results?
Be patient. Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they absolutely will come. The exciting thing is that as a beginner, results come fairly quickly. Even in 30 days, you can really see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
I'm worried I won't be able to keep up. How will I do what everyone else is doing?
You won't do what everyone else does … at least not right away. It's your workout; your fitness level and ability won't affect what anyone else does. Group workouts are scaled to fit each person in the session. If you're just starting your fitness journey, you can expect your rest periods to be longer, weights to be lighter, reps to be fewer, and still have a great workout. The challenge you face is relative to the capacity you have. You'll do as much work as you can every time you come in, and every time you come in, you'll grow your capacity for how much work you can do!
What sets you apart from other gyms in the area?
We are a community of people that share the same fitness journey as you. Our group sessions stay small so our coaches can offer individualized assistance & support, making sure you don't get lost in a crowd. We are here to build each other up - If you win, we all win!
My schedule varies and I don't think I can come at the same time. Is that a problem?
Nope. We have an open scheduling system. All of our members are free to reserve a session at the times that suit them best through our app on a first come first serve basis. On occasion we'll request a member utilize a less busy time or a specific day to work with a coach on something unique to that member's needs and goals. It's your workout on your schedule. You show up and we'll take it from there!
How long is a training session?
45-50 minutes
I haven't worked out in a long time. Do I have to be fit to join?
No! This is why we exist. Having a coach is the best way to get yourself started. A coach helps you set a plan and accommodates the workout for your abilities, injuries, and personal preferences. They also keep you focused and accountable so you can have the most successful fitness journey and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any individual's level of fitness.
What's a Strategy Session?
A strategy session is the most important interaction you'll have with a coach. It's a 45-60 minute session designated just for you to come in and tell your story, share your goals, get your questions answered, and talk about your fitness journey - including past workout experiences, the parts of fitness that scare you, and the parts that get you excited. We talk about molding our system to fit your needs. We'll lay out the first steps of creating a fitness plan, like how many days to workout each week, what to do when you're not at the gym, what kinds of foods to eat, and how we can keep you accountable. Before you go, we'll take you on a tour of the facility, set up your first workout session, and get you ready to conquer your fitness goals!
Is there a contract I have to sign?
No way! Our gym is full of people that want to be here and want our help. We love it that way. Life happens, schedules change, people move, family members get sick, kids get busy, and people grow. All of our programs are month to month, billed weekly, and flexible for your needs. You're free to pause for vacation, take a break to care for yourself or someone else, or cancel for any reason you need. All you need to do is give 30 days notice and we'll get you taken care of.
I'm scared I won't fit in. Do you offer private training sessions to get started?
Yes! We can discuss this in your initial strategy session, if this is of interest to you. But there's something really special about a room full of friends who love to celebrate your wins, pick you up when you're having a rough day, normalize your struggle, and be excited for you to come back the next time, every time. A good coach is a big deal and we're proud of the ones we have, but nothing beats the people that train at our gym! They're the best and we want you to be a part of that.
